Metal emblems are most often used in the form of unit crests (both full size and miniatures and as discs or flats on unit nametags). They can be done in several processes. Photo Etched is best value. Traditional Cloisonne is slightly more in cost. When ordered, you may consider having small emblems attached to other products, e.g. the size used for nametags: 3/4"; 7/8" can be attached to keytags, cufflinks, charms/pendants, tie-tacs/tie-bars and key chains.
