Decals are a must for every military unit. They have a multitude of uses and we provide many to our customers. Decals are called "Zappers" or "Stickers" in some services. Normally decals are done on a white or yellow vinyl background but may also be done on paper rolls (called roll labels). Decal sizing is determined by square inches. About 90% of decals are either 9 sq. in. or 16 sq. in. for pricing purposes. A circular decal would equate to a 3 or 4 in. diameter. There is no die charge for circular decals but most military decals have one of more banners which require that the decal be die cut. There is a one-time, first time die charge for this. We pay half of the die charge on a quantity of 1000 decals and all of the charge on 1500 or more. Most military units buy decals in quantities of 1500 up. This is a 2 - 3 year supply for most. Decals may also be ordered on a backing sheet with your decal in several different sizes if you prefer. We can obtain oversized decals as well.
